Ruffles in Wine Red

Ruffles in Wine Red

A luminous wine-red fabric, folded neckline ruffles and a full short skirt turn a simple party dress into a romantic statement.

The cover image is an editorial visualization regenerated from the original garment photograph. The archive photographs below show the Stitch Bliss source post.

A neckline made from movement

Folded ruffles gather around the sweetheart edge and extend toward the shoulders. They create volume without beads or embroidery, allowing the fabric itself to become the ornament.

Wine red catches the light

The organza-like surface moves between deep burgundy and brighter crimson as it folds. Narrow straps and a fitted bodice keep that luminous texture controlled above the waist.

A short skirt with a full sweep

Dense gathers open into a circular, layered skirt with a softly translucent lower edge. The proportion is playful, but the single rich colour keeps the dress refined.
