Red, Ready for Garba

Red, Ready for Garba

Bandhani-inspired pattern, colourful borders and a full red skirt bring movement to this Navratri look.

The cover image is an editorial visualization regenerated from the original garment photograph. The archive photographs below show the real Stitch Bliss piece.

Built to move

The skirt carries most of the volume. Deep red fabric falls in broad folds, interrupted by narrow pale-gold piping that makes its movement easier to read. A multicolour geometric border finishes the hem with a brighter beat.

The sleeveless blouse repeats the border colours in a compact geometric arrangement. Over it, a red bandhani-inspired dupatta brings larger circular motifs and a pale edge finished with small shell-like tassels.

A Navratri vocabulary

Fullness, strong colour and details that respond to movement make this outfit immediately festive. The original caption invited the wearer to dance into Navratri nights. The archive photographs capture that purpose, while the design itself shows how several red surfaces can stay distinct through scale, border and texture.
