Mint Cranes in Flight

Mint Cranes in Flight

Metallic crane embroidery, shoulder cutouts and luminous pleats bring narrative detail to this mint Anarkali.

The cover image is an editorial visualization regenerated from the original garment photograph. The archive photographs below show the real Stitch Bliss piece.

A bodice with a story

Metallic cranes stand among leaves and flowers across the square-neck bodice. Beads, sequins and thread vary the surface, turning the embroidery into a small landscape rather than a repeated border.

Pleats made luminous

Below the fitted waist, broad pleats catch light in alternating bands of mint. A tonal lower layer extends beneath the overskirt, adding length and depth without changing the calm colour story.

Structure from every angle

Shoulder cutouts interrupt the long sleeves, while decorated cuffs repeat the botanical language of the front. The back is quieter and buttoned, allowing the silhouette and pleating to carry the view.
