No — the estimate shown is indicative. Your binding price is the personalised quote we send after taking your measurements and reviewing your request.

How are measurements taken?

In-house at our Vesu studio, or our staff measures you when you drop in. You can book an appointment online and we keep your measurements on file for future orders.

Can you measure me at home?

For select commissions like bridal wear, home measurement can be arranged within Surat. Mention it in your inquiry notes and our team will confirm.

How does the inquiry-to-quote process work?

You design a piece and submit an inquiry. Our atelier reviews it, takes measurements, and sends a final binding quote to your account. You accept the quote and pay an advance to begin production.

Question 6

How do I pay?

Once your quote is ready, pay a 50% advance to begin production — we share secure UPI / bank-transfer details on WhatsApp. The balance is due on pickup or before delivery.

Do you charge GST?

No GST is added at this time. All prices are shown in ₹ (INR).

Free pickup at our Vesu studio. Home delivery within Surat is available for a small charge.
